Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Policy: Due to the personal nature of makeup accessories, returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns for products that do not meet these conditions.

• Exchange Policy: If your product is damaged or defective, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receipt. You must provide proof of the defect or damage, such as a photo or description.

• Refunds: Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective products and will be processed to the original payment method. Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
